Accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds, the DBX707 delivers 707PS and 900NM of torque. Its enhanced character and performance capabilities will enable medics to reach incidents more swiftly than before.

Aston Martin’s provision of official cars has been instrumental in their product development. Data from the previous DBX, tested by a professional driver on Grand Prix circuits, has helped refine the high-performance DBX707.

Key improvements include a new wet clutch transmission that offers faster gear changes and an enhanced “Race Start” launch capability. Pirelli’s specially developed P Zero tires further enhance the vehicle’s driving dynamics.

The DBX707 is equipped with essential medical gear, including fire extinguishers, medical bags, and a defibrillator, ensuring readiness for its role as the Official FIA Medical Car. It features FIA-approved racing seats with six-point harnesses, communication systems with Race Control, and access to FIA marshalling and live telemetry data for early incident assessment.

Aston Martin Chief Technology Officer Roberto Fedeli praised the DBX707 for its blend of performance and practicality, making it ideal for the demanding role of an Official FIA Medical Car in Formula 1®.

The Aston Martin Vantage will continue as the Official Safety Car, equipped with FIA-specified safety gear and driven by the experienced Bernd Mayländer. This Vantage is the latest in a lineage of successful racing cars and continues to excel on the international GT racing circuit.

The Vantage, inspired by the Vantage Formula 1® Edition, has gained a remarkable commercial success and attracted a new customer base. With both the Vantage and DBX707 sporting the iconic Aston Martin Racing Green, they will be a prominent presence when the 2023 Formula 1® season kicks off.
