The film centers on Alana Higman (King), who believes her family’s deep-rooted fandom for the Kansas City Chiefs makes them a top contender for the team’s “Fan of the Year” award. Tyler Hynes plays Derrick, the fan engagement director responsible for assessing how Alana’s family compares to the other finalists.

The cast also includes Jenna Bush Hager, Donna Kelce, Diedrich Bader, Megyn Price, Richard Riehle, Christine Ebersole, Richard Christie, Coach Andy Reid, and several remarkable Chiefs players, with scenes shot at Arrowhead Stadium.

Darren Abbott, Chief Brand Officer at Hallmark, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “This holiday season, Hallmark aims to bring joy to the world. Our partnership with the NFL and the Chiefs is designed to spread cheer, share heartwarming stories, and build excitement for our beloved hometown brands during this special time of year.”

To promote the film, the stadium will feature year-round Hallmark-themed displays, including custom holiday LED screen animations, giveaways, and interactive events. A new twist on the traditional “Kiss Cam,” called “Star Cam,” will match fans with holiday movie-themed superlatives during home games.

There will also be a festive tailgate experience with photo opportunities and free hot cocoa. Fans attending the Nov. 29 home game will receive a special Chiefs x Hallmark Channel pennant, and new merchandise will be available soon.

Kansas City Chiefs President Mark Donovan praised the collaboration, noting, “With football season kicking off and the holidays approaching, this partnership highlights our brands perfectly, leveraging the excitement of Chiefs gameday to announce the premiere.”
