The latest episode of WWE Raw opened with a fiery encounter as Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill confronted Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. The two challengers, eager to prove themselves, called out the Women’s Tag Team Champions, pushing them to show their worth as a team.
However, Morgan retaliated by trying to create division between Belair and Cargill, prompting Belair to slap Morgan hard. Later, Belair took to X (formerly Twitter), where she issued a strong warning.
“1. Don’t ever come for my tag team or attack my character,” Belair posted. “2. The quickest way to get me to do SOMETHING is to tell me that I’m not going to do SOMETHING. Next time, at least swing back. How you [gonna] be a bully but can’t fight?”
The tension was sparked when Morgan warned Cargill that she would soon experience betrayal from her partner. This type of insinuation, suggesting a rift between Belair and Cargill, has been a recurring theme and clearly struck a nerve with Belair.
After their intense confrontation in the ring, Belair and Cargill both entered a battle royale to determine the next challenger for Morgan’s Women’s World Championship. However, interference from Morgan led to both women’s elimination, and Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY emerged victorious.
With various storylines intertwining, it will be intriguing to see how this situation develops. Rhea Ripley’s absence due to injury leaves Morgan without a top contender, which could lead to an emerging rivalry with Belair. If that happens, the question remains: how will Cargill react if Belair pursues another world title before giving their tag team a chance to shine?
