Soper shared her thoughts on the film, noting, “This isn’t just about a man defending his home from intruders while dealing with memory loss. It’s about creating an emotional experience that captures what I felt while reading and directing this story.”

Set to be a significant step in Soper’s directing journey, Remind Me will commence filming in early 2025 in Ottawa.

Her previous directorial work includes the short film Have a Good Day, which earned praise at various film festivals such as the Chicago Horror Film Festival and Romford Film Festival, where it won best cinematography.
