The project reunites Todd Garner with Paramount, having previously produced “What Women Want” alongside Gina Matthews, who is also on board for “What Kids Want”.

Matthews has a proven track record in romantic comedies, including “13 Going on 30”, “All My Life”, and “Isn’t It Romantic?”. Pitman and Cole-Kelly are best known for their work on the comedy “Like a Boss”, which starred Tiffany Haddish, Rose Byrne, and Salma Hayek.

Garner’s production company, Broken Road Productions, will collaborate with Little Engine Entertainment to bring this project to life. The team’s collective expertise in comedy and family-friendly content makes them well-suited to tackle this exciting new chapter in the “What…” franchise.

With a talented team in place, “What Kids Want” is poised to become a hilarious and heartwarming addition to Paramount’s lineup.
