Motor insurance can be complicated, with questions about coverage limits, inclusions, and exclusions. Isuzu Malaysia aims to simplify this process with the launch of Isuzu Insurance Pro, designed to provide clear and comprehensive coverage for Isuzu vehicles and their drivers.
Isuzu Insurance Pro is backed by a consortium of five leading insurance and takaful firms, and is available for both new purchases and policy renewals. It encompasses all models of the D-Max pick-up truck, as well as the full spectrum of Isuzu’s light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, including the Elf, Forward, and Giga.
Shunsuke Okazoe, CEO of Isuzu Malaysia, stated, “Isuzu Insurance Pro offers a streamlined solution for our customers, delivering tailored, prompt, and convenient protection specifically designed for Isuzu owners.”
The policy boasts several ‘best-in-class’ features, such as swift claims processing for amounts under RM20,000, unlimited 300 km round-trip towing for D-Max models, and three free 100 km round-trip tows for Elf models. Additionally, it includes free coverage for all drivers, flood relief, key-loss protection, and motor personal accident (PA) coverage up to RM10,000 for both policyholders and authorized drivers.
Other advantages of the policy include 24/7 roadside assistance, a decade of betterment and excess exemption, and agreed value coverage up to 10 years for the D-Max and one year for trucks. All claims under Isuzu Insurance Pro will be fully honored with genuine parts, provided that vehicles are serviced at authorized centers.
