Tensions escalated in the Bloodline civil war during last night’s “WWE SmackDown” as Jey Uso intervened in The Bloodline’s WWE Tag Team Championship match against the Motor City Machine Guns. His attack on Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa provided Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley the opportunity they needed to secure victory and win their first titles in WWE.
Earlier, on October 14, Jimmy Uso had visited his brother “Main Event” Jey at “WWE Raw” to seek assistance after he and Roman Reigns faced a brutal assault from Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tonga, and Loa. After contemplating for 11 days, Jey chose to reconcile with Jimmy following The Bloodline’s title defeat, embracing his twin brother in the ring to the fans’ delight, while Reigns watched from the entrance ramp.
According to PWInsider, a Bloodline match is scheduled for Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, November 2, which was confirmed during the tapings for next week’s “SmackDown.” In this bout, “The OTC” Reigns will join forces with Jimmy and Jey Uso to take on The Bloodline. The specifics of the match’s configuration remain unclear, as multiple possibilities are on the table.
One potential scenario is a 4-on-3 handicap match that favors The Bloodline by including all four members. If it turns into a 3-on-3 contest, the likely participants for The Bloodline would be Sikoa, Fatu, and Tonga, who previously triumphed in the main event of Money in the Bank in July, defeating Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, and Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in a six-man tag match.
Alongside the Reigns and The Usos versus The Bloodline match, six additional bouts are slated for Crown Jewel, with two aiming to crown the inaugural Crown Jewel Champions.
