The ongoing rivalry between Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed escalates with each passing week, particularly following their brutal Street Fight.
Reed’s impactful return saw him take Strowman out during a Fatal Four-Way match, and this week’s encounter, which ended in a No-Contest, featured him throwing another competitor at Strowman.
Bully Ray shared his thoughts on the match during “Busted Open Radio,” recalling how he had likened the clash to “Godzilla vs. Kong” on social media. He emphasized that this was a fitting tribute to both larger-than-life competitors.
“I didn’t feel like I was watching two plodding big men; I felt like I was watching two monsters just absolutely destroy one another,” Bully reminisced.
He went on to commend Reed for dismantling the turnbuckle and the subsequent chaos that ensued, including the backstage brawl. “This is modern-day big men; it combines the power of the past with the athleticism seen from talents like Ricochet and Ospreay.”
The veteran also shared his dream scenario for the two, envisioning their epic battle beginning in the ring and spilling throughout the arena.
“It would be like watching ‘Godzilla vs. Kong,’ where they start fighting in the jungle and eventually take it to the city!” Bully enthusiastically declared.
