Mark Henry Questions If WWE’s Roman Reigns Is Paying Enough Attention to Key Developments

Mark Henry, known as “The World’s Strongest Man,” has reservations about one of the central storylines leading up to WWE’s upcoming premium live event, Bad Blood.

A key matchup will feature Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes teaming up with his former rival Roman Reigns against The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.

However, Henry felt that the tension hinted at between Rhodes and Reigns during the September 13 episode of “WWE SmackDown” didn’t resonate as intended.

Henry critiques Reigns’ promo from WWE SmackDown, stating that being the tribal chief doesn’t mean he’s in control of WWE without the championship (WWE)

On “Busted Open Radio,” Henry expressed his concerns, stating, “I’m not sure Roman is fully aware of what’s happening around him.”

He suggested that Reigns might be distracted by family matters and The Bloodline, leading him to overlook Cody’s victory over him.

Henry criticized Reigns’ promo where he insisted he remains the tribal chief and that the ring still belongs to him. The WWE Hall of Famer argued that Reigns’ loss at WrestleMania indicated fans are ready to move on from that narrative.

“Being the tribal chief of your family doesn’t equate to being the tribal chief of the WWE when you’re not the champion,” Henry explained. “Cody is the one holding the title, making him the commander-in-chief of WWE.”

As WWE expands the ongoing Bloodline saga, the potential involvement of a returning Jimmy Uso remains uncertain.

Recently, Uso’s father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, shared a cryptic message on social media urging fans to pray for his son, although it’s widely believed Jimmy is in good health. Just weeks ago, Rikishi hinted that Jimmy Uso was prepared to make his comeback.
