WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, who is the father of Jimmy and Jey Uso along with Solo Sikoa, sparked concern among fans today with a cryptic post on X. Accompanying his message was a video of Jimmy reciting a prayer, prompting Rikishi to request prayers for his son.
Wrestling Inc. has reached out to WWE to seek updates on Jimmy Uso’s health. The former tag champion has been absent from television since shortly after WrestleMania 40 in April, where he faced a singles loss to his brother, Jey.
During this time, Rikishi has provided updates, indicating that Jimmy is either ready to return to wrestling soon or will be shortly.
Despite his months away from the screen, Jimmy is expected to seamlessly reintegrate into The Bloodline storyline when he is ready.
In his absence, Roman Reigns has returned, engaging with the faction’s new members, including Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tanga Loa, primarily on “WWE SmackDown.” Meanwhile, Jey continues his journey on “WWE Raw,” suggesting that tensions within the Anoa’i family may be on the horizon.
Many fans viewed the WrestleMania match between Jimmy and Jey as disappointing, a sentiment Jey himself acknowledged afterward. Jimmy, however, has remained largely silent about the match, opting to stay out of the spotlight during his time off from WWE.
