Throughout his career, Bryan Danielson, the AEW World Champion, has engaged in numerous rivalries across various promotions. In AEW, he’s had memorable encounters with Eddie Kingston, while his long-standing feud with Nigel McGuinness in ROH remains a topic of discussion for him.
Additionally, during his time in WWE, he faced off against The Authority on his journey to the main event of WrestleMania 30. Among his rivals, many fans fondly recall his battles with the late Bray Wyatt.
Wyatt is well-remembered for attempting to bring Danielson into The Wyatt Family and later facing him as The Fiend, culminating in their celebrated Strap match at the 2020 Royal Rumble. This bout marked their final televised encounter before Wyatt’s tragic passing in 2023. In a recent interview with “Inside The Ropes,” Danielson shared some of his cherished memories with Wyatt.
“There were countless enjoyable moments we shared,” Danielson reflected. “He was truly a wonderful person. We had a blast both in and out of the ring, and some of my favorite matches in WWE were those live events with Bray.”
When asked about the emerging Wyatt Sicks faction on “WWE Raw,” led by Wyatt’s real-life brother Bo Dallas and featuring original Wyatt Family member Erick Rowan, Danielson admitted he hasn’t had the chance to watch it. “Time is limited, especially with two kids and my commitments, so I haven’t seen it,” he explained.
