Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s Stree 2 Accumulates Rs 414 Crore on Day 14 at the Box Office

On its second Wednesday, Stree 2 experienced a notable decline in box office performance. The horror-comedy, helmed by Amar Kaushik, garnered just Rs 23 lakh on day 14, according to Sacnilk. Up to this point, the film has amassed Rs 414.78 crore domestically.

Since its release on August 15, the movie, starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, has also featured Aparshakti Khurrana, Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, and Vijay Raaz, with a cameo by Varun Dhawan. Produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande under Maddock Films and Jio Studios, it has had a significant impact at the box office.

Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh noted on X (formerly Twitter) that Stree 2 continued to perform strongly during the partial holiday of Janmashtami. He observed, “#Stree2 remains UNSTOPPABLE, benefiting from the partial holiday boost [#Janmashtami]… With no major upcoming releases, the film is on track to reach the ₹500 cr milestone.”

Adarsh also emphasized that the absence of substantial competition would likely reinforce the film’s box office success, particularly in regions with a strong mass-market presence.
