Top-Selling Cars in the UK for 2024 to Date

The previous year proved favorable for the automotive industry, with the UK witnessing its strongest car sales performance since the pandemic began. Over 1.9 million new vehicles were registered, but one model stood out prominently. The Ford Puma emerged as the UK’s best-selling car in 2023, marking the first Ford to achieve this since the Ford Fiesta’s 12-year reign ended in 2020.

Despite fierce competition from the Nissan Qashqai, Vauxhall Corsa, and Volkswagen T-Roc, the Puma claimed the top spot. As 2024 progresses, the Puma continues to lead, maintaining its position at the top, though the Kia Sportage and Qashqai remain close contenders.

The previous year saw the Ford Puma as the UK’s best-selling car (KIA/Ford)
