Renault Scenic E-Tech (Renault)

In 1997, the original Renault Scenic made waves by attracting family car buyers in the ’90s, with each subsequent generation continuing to impress through the years. Now, Renault introduces the all-electric Scenic, which reimagines the family car for the modern electric era.

Focusing on spaciousness, comfort, and cutting-edge technology while maintaining a stylish design, the Scenic E-Tech 100% electric offers a sustainable build and advanced driver-assistance features to enhance safety. Already recognized as the European Car of the Year for 2024, the new Scenic is poised to redefine what a family car can be.

Designing a perfect family car means prioritizing a functional interior, and the Scenic achieves this with a spacious cabin. The extended wheelbase, flat floor, and generous dimensions ensure a comfortable ride for everyone, fostering a peaceful travel experience.

The interior’s modern design, combined with a versatile Solarbay panoramic roof that adjusts via voice control, creates a serene environment.

Storage is ample, with over 38 liters spread throughout the cabin and a 545-liter boot, expandable to 1,670 liters with the rear seats folded. Rear passengers enjoy thoughtful features like a central armrest with storage and device stands, making journeys enjoyable for all.

The Scenic offers two battery options to cater to different needs: a 60kWh battery with 170hp and a range of up to 260 miles, and an 87kWh battery with 220hp and up to 379 miles.

Renault emphasizes sustainability, with 89% of the vehicle being recyclable, including the battery, and the car’s zero-emission rating qualifies it for favorable tax benefits. The Scenic’s bold design, with its sculpted front and adaptive LED technology, ensures it leaves a lasting impression.

The Scenic is also Renault’s most technologically advanced model yet, featuring the OpenR Link Multimedia system with Google Built-in, offering numerous apps and entertainment options. The system includes a journey planner that considers charging points and preconditions the battery for optimal charging.

Safety remains a top priority, with up to 30 intelligent active technologies providing additional security on the road. Renault simplifies the buying process with three well-equipped models—techno, esprit Alpine, and Iconic—each offering a range of premium features as standard.
