Howery’s character, Ray, is a high school friend who becomes an amateur detective, driven by his excitement to solve the mystery. He channels his inner detective, drawing inspiration from TV shows and movies.

When asked about his own favorite outfit, Howery shared his experience of dressing up for the Oscars, inspired by 1970s fashion.
