NeoGames and the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC) have announced a significant seven-year agreement, marking a milestone in the evolution of the NHLC’s iLottery program. Beginning July 1, 2025, NeoGames will serve as the exclusive provider of a comprehensive iLottery solution for NHLC.
This solution includes NeoGames’ advanced player account management system, NeoSphere®, and its central gaming system, NeoDraw®, designed for draw-based games. Additionally, NHLC will benefit from NeoGames Studio’s einstant games and engaging content from Wizard® Games.
Under the agreement, NeoGames will deliver a new website, a mobile application, and a loyalty program in collaboration with Gambyt, aimed at enhancing user experience and engagement. The partnership extends to include marketing services through NeoEngage®, focusing on real-time and personalized customer engagement to drive growth in NHLC’s online lottery initiatives.
NeoGames has been instrumental in NHLC’s iLottery journey since its launch in 2018 through its joint venture, NeoPollard Interactive (NPi). With this new contract, NeoGames consolidates its position as a leading provider of iLottery solutions in the U.S., where its platforms currently dominate approximately 70% of the iLottery gross wager market share.
Chris Shaban, Managing Director of iLottery at NeoGames, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting NeoGames’ commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology and services to support NHLC’s growth objectives.
Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director of the New Hampshire Lottery, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the strategic importance of enhancing NHLC’s digital offerings to meet evolving market demands and maximize revenue for New Hampshire’s public schools.
Overall, the agreement underscores NeoGames’ leadership in the iLottery sector and its ongoing partnership with NHLC to innovate and expand digital lottery services, positioning both parties for continued success in the coming decade.
