The Kansas City Chiefs made a notable error on their latest Super Bowl ring, but Travis Kelce believes this mistake enhances the ring’s uniqueness. Speaking on the “New Heights” podcast with his brother Jason Kelce, Travis discussed the ring, which boasts 529 diamonds, 38 rubies, and 14.8 carats of gems.
However, the ring contained a misprint. The inside of the ring lists the Chiefs’ playoff victories and their opponents’ seeding, but it incorrectly listed the Miami Dolphins as the sixth seed instead of the seventh.
Travis dismissed the error, saying he didn’t care about the incorrect seeding. He mentioned that the mistake made the ring more distinctive and exclusive, reflecting the team’s carefree attitude towards such details.
Despite his admiration for the new ring, Travis revealed that his favorite ring is still the one he won against his brother Jason’s team. He described it as embodying the essence of a championship ring.
Looking forward, the Chiefs are aiming for their third consecutive Super Bowl title. Travis emphasized that last season’s victory is behind them, and the team is focused on their goals for the upcoming season.
