Mazda is defying industry norms by reducing the prices of its 2025 Mazda3 sedan and hatchback. The entry-level 2.5 S trim for the sedan now starts at $25,135, a $220 reduction from last year.
The hatchback’s base model sees a more weighty $740 price cut, starting at $26,135. However, all other trims for the hatchback now cost $300 more than before.
The Mazda3 lineup also gets some important updates, including the integration of Amazon Alexa and Mazda Online Navigation. The Select Sport sedan starts at $25,875, while the mid-tier Preferred model sees a modest $150 price increase to $27,525. Other trims see a $350 price bump, with the top-spec Turbo Premium Plus listed at $36,985.
Powertrain options remain unchanged, with a 191-hp naturally aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
A six-speed manual is available on the five-door Premium trim, offering drivers a more engaging driving experience. For those seeking more power, a 250-hp 2.5-liter turbo four is available, paired with all-wheel drive for enhanced traction and control.
