The 28-year-old athlete caused a stir when he allowed wrestler Logan Paul, 29, to use his Super Bowl rings as brass knuckles during a match against Jey Uso. Pat McAfee and Michael Cole, sports commentators, expressed shock and confusion at Mahomes’ actions during the live broadcast.

Originally intended for use against Uso, Paul missed his mark and struck JD McDonagh instead, as reported by CBS Sports. When wrestler Braun Strowman came to Uso’s aid, Paul decided to flee the scene.

After the incident, Paul boasted on Instagram Stories about being a “champion,” sharing backstage photos with Mahomes and his three Super Bowl rings at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. In a WWE video posted on X, Paul praised Mahomes as the “greatest quarterback in the league.”

Mahomes’ WWE appearance came during his NFL offseason following his third Super Bowl win with the Chiefs. He and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, had a busy schedule, attending the Time100 Gala at the Lincoln Center in New York City on April 25, where they mingled with VIPs like Jack Antonoff.

Later, the couple attended the 15 and the Mahomies Vegas Golf Classic in Las Vegas, where Patrick’s teammate Travis Kelce auctioned off four tickets to Taylor Swift’s Eras tour for $80,000 during the charity event. The proceeds benefited Patrick’s charity, 15, and the Mahomies, supporting health, wellness, and community initiatives.

Brittany expressed her gratitude on Instagram on April 28, thanking supporters and communities involved with their charity, highlighting the success of the event.
