Recent reports from Pwinsider reveal that Don Callis sustained a real injury during an altercation with the Blackpool Combat Club on Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite, which also involved ‘Hangman’ Adam Page.

The report details that Callis suffered a head injury when he fell after being struck by Jon Moxley, resulting in a legitimate cut.
