WWE is set to revive the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments for a special event scheduled in May, with Saudi Arabia confirmed as the location. Additionally, WWE will reintroduce the Backlash event on May 6.
According to Pwinsider.com Elite, the King and Queen of the Ring premium live event is slated to occur in Saudi Arabia on May 27.
The tournaments last took place in 2021 during WWE’s Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia. At that time, Xavier Woods was named King of the Ring, while Zelina Vega earned the title of Queen of the Ring, previously known as the Queen’s Crown.
