Bentley Motors has revealed the second edition of its Extraordinary Women initiative, a global mentorship program designed to foster and guide emerging female leaders. The initiative targets women who are studying engineering, design, technology, and business, aiming to empower them for future leadership roles.
In line with Saudi Vision 2030, the program is expanding into Saudi Arabia for the first time, aiming to inspire women to pursue careers in STEM fields and the automotive industry.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, Bentley Motors held a virtual launch event on March 6, hosted by Karen Lange, Bentley’s Board Member for Human Resources. This event formally opened the application process to students from affiliated universities and provided detailed guidance on how to apply.
Bentley will partner with Dar Al-Hekma University to select participants for the program. Those chosen will receive personalized mentorship from Bentley professionals and industry trailblazers.
They will also participate in a week-long program at Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe this June, where they will work on live projects alongside Bentley teams, applying the knowledge and skills gained from their mentorship.
