Trish Stratus was scheduled to make an appearance on this week’s episode of RAW, but eventually did not show up. This is at least the second instance recently where she was planned to be featured but was not utilized.
According to Fightful, Stratus was expected to make her comeback during Bayley’s Ding Dong! Hello segment. However, the segment was altered, and instead, Lita and Becky Lynch came out to challenge Dakota Kai and IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, a match set for next week’s RAW.
Despite being backstage at the RAW tapings in Ottawa, Canada, Stratus did not appear as planned. She was present with the intention of participating, but the segment was canceled due to a “creative change,” leading to Stratus leaving before it occurred.
As of now, there is no confirmation about Stratus’s involvement in WWE programming leading up to WrestleMania 39. Speculation suggests that she, Lita, and Becky Lynch might team up to face Damage CTRL at WrestleMania 39.
