Record-Breaking Sales for Hyundai Motor America in January 2023

Hyundai Motor America celebrated a remarkable start to the year, with January sales soaring to unprecedented heights. The company’s total sales surged by 9% compared to the same period in 2022, marking the third consecutive month of record-breaking sales.

This impressive feat was driven by the outstanding performance of various models, including the Venue, Elantra HEV, IONIQ 5, Santa Fe HEV, Palisade, Kona EV, and Kona N, all of which achieved remarkable sales milestones.

The retail sector also experienced an outstanding boost, with Hyundai selling 48,247 units in January, a 1% increase from the previous year.

This marks the sixth consecutive month of record retail sales, with the Elantra N, Elantra HEV, IONIQ 5, Santa Fe HEV, Palisade, Kona EV, and Kona N leading the charge.

Hyundai’s commitment to eco-friendly vehicles also yielded impressive results, with sales reaching 8,710 units, a 17% increase from January 2022.
