Run BTS! Season 7 Episode 3 Recap

At the start of the episode, we see the group has been gathered in the room with blue cloth hanging above them, then an instructor comes and illustrates to them how to use it as soon as the instructor finishes telling them how to do it. The members stand in front of their blue Aerial Yoga Hammocks. While everyone is preparing, we see Jungkook doing some hilarious stunts with the Hammock.

After a minute, the instructor told them to follow him and start doing the stretching. As the exercise continues, the members face difficulties by getting straggled in the hammocks. After somehow after all the trouble, the members are starting to make their grip on flying yoga.

As expected from Jimin, he can perfectly execute the instructions. At the same time, other members are facing difficulties. As the session continues, we can hear the pain in their voice while they are stretching. After 10 minutes of stretching, the instructor releases them from the hammocks and gives them new instructions.

But after all their struggle Jin, he barely managed to not fall from the hammocks and was saved by the instructor. After helping Jin, RM was on the verge of falling. So the instructor makes the rescue.

As the instructor focuses on other members, Jimin comes off and starts interviewing V, asking him questions like, are you enjoying the show? Would you pay for it to watch other hilarious questions? After which, Taehung starts swinging threw the hammocks, ignoring the session. Pain! Total pain. As the session came to an end, the members felt immense pain in their legs. And because of this, they are on the floor.
